Support Coordination

Detailed Description of Levels 2 and 3 At Viewpoint Hub PTY LTD, our support coordination services are designed to help NDIS participants navigate the complexities of the NDIS system and access the supports they need. We offer two levels of support coordination:

Description: Level 2 support coordination helps clients understand their NDIS plan and connect with various service providers. Our coordinators assist in implementing the plan, ensuring clients receive the support they need to achieve their goals.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
